I usually hate bananas and I'm not fond of drinking smoothies to begin with. But this one I really like. :-)
You need:
4 ripe bananas, peeled
2 handful dried goji berries
2 cups of water
a blender
Soak the goji berries in the water for about 10 or 15 minutes. Put the berries WITH the water in a blender. Add the four bananas. They need to be well riped. Blend. That's it. :)
Nice! I love both gojis and bananas, so I'll try this one during the next few days as soon as my order of goji berries arrives and I have organic bananas at home again :D
ResponderEliminarThe bananas need to really be ripe. If you do it with not so ripe bananas, they will get all slimy when you blend them, eeeww..

I could like it even with not-so-ripe bananas, I don't mind their slimy consistency blending can produce... :)
ResponderEliminarBtw, I have a feeling that soon I'll post my first superfood-enhanced recipe: A whole package of superfoods arrived today and I've made the most amazing super-muesli which I'm enjoying right now... oat, raisins, apple, goji berries, maca and carob powder, raw tahini, sunflower seeds, raw chocolate nibs... mmmhhh.... :)
