Intuition might appear illogical, irrational, non-linear to us - but in hindsight, I often see how reasonable it was and how much logical sense it made.
One reason it appears weird to us is that instead of thinking in a cause-consequence model, intuition works with energies. It might seem illogical to us to go play tennis in order to get the job we want (instead of practicing job interviews, for example) but if playing tennis carries the same energy as the dream job for us, according to the law of resonance it absolutely makes logical sense.
The other reason simply is that our spiritual team knows a lot more than our little mind does! We only have very limited data to base our decisions on. We certainly do our best. But there's just so much that we don't know. Our intuition, however, knows. If the boss of the company we want to get into happens to play tennis too, incidentally in the same club we would go to, so that we'd have a chance to meet him and show him our talent and character there, it definitely makes sense to play tennis instead of practicing job interviews.
Personal Example 1:
Last year at the beginning of the summer, I was 100% raw except for chocolate. I just could not get over my sugar addiction. I kept trying hard and harder, impossible. So I asked my spirit guides for assistance in overcoming my sugar addiction and going 100% raw.
Someone recommended a psychic development audio, and I felt drawn to buying it, so I did. Fine. I did not really pay attention and didn't listen to it because I was focused on solving my sugar problem. Then I kept getting nudges to listen to it. I brushed them aside. Psychic development, yeah, totally fascinating. But right now I want to solve my sugar problem before I start on something new, I said to my guides.
Intuition is persistent. So I kept getting these nudges about this program.
- You could listen to this audio.
- Yeah, sure... But not now. You see, I have this sugar problem, that I asked you for assistance on, btw!
- You could listen to this audio.
- Yes I will! But first the sugar thing, okay! What actions could I take in order to move forward towards my desired outcome of overcoming my sugar addiction?
- How about listening to the audio?
I got really annoyed at my guides.
- Hello?!! Are you stupid or have you smoked pot? I said sugar first!!! >:-(
- Listen to the audio.
- Argh. Shut up. I cannot count on you guys.
After a while of obsessing over my sugar problem and not succeeding, I gave up. Then some day, I had nothing better to do, so I started listening to the psychic development audios. The guy was talking about chakras, nothing really new, I've been doing chakra work for years now.... but then he mentioned that when the third chakra is weak, this can lead to... eating disorders... HAAA!
Lightbulb.
I could do some energy healing on my own third chakra! I screamed. I totally love energy healing, I want to learn it anyway, so why not practice on myself to strengthen my third chakra? It could help with my sugar addiction, who knows?
So I started doing three or four energy healing sessions a day on my third chakra. At first, nothing happened. After several days I was still eating lots of chocolate. But I kept going with my sessions. After about five days, my chocolate consumption suddenly went down. And after about eight days, I just stopped eating chocolate altogether, naturally. I sticked to a 100% raw, vegan diet for the whole summer after that.
Asking for help in healing a sugar addiction and being told to listen to a psychic development audio might seem weird. But in hindsight, didn't it totally make logical sense? My mind would never have thought of that, simply because my mind cannot know before listening to a CD what is on it. But my team does have access to this information.
Personal Example 2:
Today, in the morning, I was wondering how to best store the paper data about my clients as well as my business and accountancy. I was using many folders and wasn't too happy about it. Then I forgot about the question and got very busy with some very exciting projects.
At some point in the afternoon, I felt strongly compelled to go to a supermarket not that far away from my house. At first I resisted and didn't want to go. I didn't need anything in particular, I don't like supermarkets, and I saw no valid reason to go.
But because in this year since the sugar addiction lesson I have learned that I CAN very much count on my guides and because I have witnessed so many times how much sense their advice always makes, at least in hindsight, I decided to listen to my guts and to go.
And there, I found great ring binders, 100% recycled, with a nice green "Nature Future" label and beautiful colors. I was very happy to see them. They felt totally right for my new business! :D I bought a green one for my clients' data and an ecru one for my business and money stuff. There were only three of them left.
My guides are awesome. :-)
So, next time you have such an irrational, illogical, non-linear, weird, crazy impulse.... remember that intuition IS logical. You just don't consciously know enough yet to understand how.
It might take a leap of faith to follow your inner wisdom and guidance even if you don't see how it makes sense. But the more you trust that it DOES make sense, the more you will be able to work with your intuition in a reliable and fun way. Trust your guides and let them surprise you!
And now you know where you will land when you book a reading with me: in the green Nature Future. ;)

My First Reading
I gave my very first Soul Realignment reading to my very first practice client. It was much more exciting than the first time I had sex. And also much scarier. When I was on Skype, about to tell him what I found in his soul record, I was terrified.
Him: So, let's do it.
Me: Noooo! I'm scared!
Him: Come on, tell me.
Me: No, I'm too shy!
Despite all the nervousness and insecurity, I eventually managed, and it went quite well! Now I am very curious to see how he will do and how his life will change in the coming weeks and months.
I will never forget about him, that's for sure. The first notch on my belt!
The most incredibly awesome part of the whole work for me was the clearing of his soul record. I saw it happen. I saw his Higher Self, at first surrounded with dark crappy stuff, and then this dark crappy stuff disappeared and was progressively replaced with bright light. I felt very warm in my chest during the process.
When we were done with it, and he was standing there, strong and clean, with his spheres of protection up, I saw him for what he really is. I saw an incredibly beautiful soul, standing there, in all its magnificent, powerful glory, like a knight in shining armor. I will never forget the deep joy I felt in that moment.
I love my job.

Soul Realignment is Scary!
Speaking of fear, this reminds me that I've been experiencing a lot of it since I began with my Soul Realignment practitioner training.
Soul Realignment is totally changing the way I see the world at the moment. A lot of things that I didn't understand before start making a lot of sense now. I can also see how incredibly useful and valuable it can be to others that I am allowed to check out and clear their soul record. When I see the blocks and restrictions that I find there, I can imagine how much easier life will be for them after this crap is gone.
At the same time, with greater power comes greater responsibility, and that is scary. What if I do something wrong, huh? What if I'm not good enough as a psychic?
Also, for someone with a rational and non-religious background like me, Soul Realignment is totally out-there. I'm comfortable with talking to spirit guides. But Soul Realignment is three levels higher on the sci-fi scale. I'm still weirded out by some of the things I'm learning.
For example, soul groups of origination. I have learned that different souls come from different places in the Universe, and that the energy of these places affects us so much that it becomes a relevant aspect of our personality when we incarnate. It also partly determines our life purpose and explains a lot about the way we feel and behave and the things happening to us.
The background of some of these groups and the stories about how they came to Earth is so fantastic that sometimes I think I must be nutty as a fruitcake for believing it. Yet I do! It just makes so much sense. I have long noticed that some of the people around me have a similar "feel" to them. I couldn't quite explain it, but in some subtle way they just feel similar, even though they have different personalities. And now I found out that they belong to the same soul group! And that this soul group's background is a good explanation for many things about them. Holy shit!
Aside from intergalactic wars, spaceships and parallel universes, I also learn about astral planes, curses, ghosts, etheric implants and all kinds of other wondrous stuff. I'm psyched.
Becoming a Soul Realignment practitioner is like entering a whole new world. I admit that I'm terrified!!! And also very, very excited. I can't wait to see what my practice clients will say when I'll explain to them what I found in their soul record, how this might affect their lives, and what they can do about it.
That too is damn scary. What if they totally don't relate to what I'm saying? Argh.

One New Habit a Month Challenge #6: 100% Raw Vegan
This month I will be focusing on maintaining a 100% raw, vegan diet. I will do it primarily in order to boost my psychic abilities.
Today, as every month, I had a hard time choosing my new habit. I made a huge list of all the awesome habits I want to have some day, and asked my Higher Self:
- Is there a habit that I can adopt this month, that I did not list here, and that would be better aligned with all of my goals than all those listed here?
- Yes.
- Oh. Which life area does it belong to?
- Psychic development.
- Cool! I love working on my psychic development. Which habit is it?
- Eating 100% raw.
- Whaaat?!
In my eyes a raw diet belongs to health matters, not to psychic development. But it is true that my Higher Self keeps telling me to eat raw in order to improve my psychic abilities.
Some people say their diet doesn't affect their psychic abilities. But it definitely does for me. I guess there are people with various degrees of sensitivity towards foods. Some people also say that they notice no overall difference on a raw diet. For me, the difference is huge, though. It's like being sick vs. being healthy. I am particularly sensitive so I guess I really, really need to pay attention to my diet. Looks like this is not only about my health!
On June 1st I went back to 100% raw. After six days raw, I connected to my spirit guides and for the first time was able to talk with all of them. It was absolutely awesome. The communication was so clear! The experience swept me off my feet. Later I slipped up and went back to eating some cooked food. I'm still over 75% raw, but not 100%. And now, I'm not really able to connect to my guides anymore. I can, but the communication is extremely foggy and difficult. It was so frustrating that I gave up until I'm raw again.
So I can see how a raw diet does relate to my psychic development indeed. What an interesting shift in perspective!
The last time I connected to my guides, I asked
- What can I do to connect to you more easily?
- GO RAW.
It's not the first time I hear this! My Higher Self also keeps repeating this advice in a patient but DAMN PERSISTENT way. When I was eating cooked food between April 10th and May 31st, and struggling to go back to raw so much, I asked
- What can I do to make it easier for me to go back to raw?
and got the answer
- Just do it.
... which kinda annoyed me. :p
At first it did irritate me to be told to go raw this month. I know this is going to be a helluvah lot of work and take a helluvah lot of time. I'll need to entirely shift my mindset about a lot of things. I'm already very busy shifting my mindset about money, plus taking classes, working through books and audio programs, trying to blog productively, and a lot more. I was hoping to pick a "cool" habit this month, one that would not take much time, like meditating twice a day or getting up early.
Of course our spiritual resources never tell us what to do. I asked for information and got an answer. Now I can do with it whatever I want. We have free will, and I am perfectly free to say no and pick another habit. But I will listen to them.
Deep down I just know they're right. Solving the nasty diet issue once and for all now is the most obvious next step on my path. I can chicken out and ignore this truth, but it won't make it any less true, and I know it.
Plus, my goal is to grow. Picking a different habit would not be completely stupid, as they all are awesome and conducive to growth. But it wouldn't be the maximal growth I am capable of. So, let's go raw at last.
I'm looking foward to tackling this challenge!

One New Habit a Month Challenge #4: Developing Intuition
I've been wanting to develop my intuition for a very long time now. About a year ago, I bought Unlock your Intuition by Andrea Hess. It's not just a book about intuition, it's a practical guide to accessing it accurately and reliably. I kept forbidding myself to work through it though, because I had "more important things to do".
However, I kept feeling strongly drawn to working with this book. It turns out that those "more important things" do not nearly mean as much to me as getting in touch with my intuition, training my psychic abilities, or learning fun things like telepathy and energy healing. I cannot explain why, but I'm feeling incredibly fascinated by all this. One of my major motivations for going raw, along with health reasons, was to be able to enjoy better psychic communication.
So I have now given myself permission to develop my intuition. I'm already about halfway through the book. The next exercise is to ask my Higher Self at least twenty questions every day for two weeks. Isn't that a perfect opportunity to create a new habit? I'd love to do intuitive work every day! Not just for two weeks.
This coming month I will communicate with my Higher Self every day, either completing some exercise from the book, or just chit-chatting and asking random questions. It's just about getting comfortable and gaining confidence in my intuitive abilities.
I already got a few very surprising answers. Of course I intend to act on the intuitive information I receive. I'm very much looking forward to seeing how things will unfold.
I'm so excited!!!
What about my other habits?
I'll talk about the muscle building habit in my next strength training report.
The dancing habit and the walking habit are both getting boring. I have to admit it. My fitness has improved, it's just not a serious workout anymore. I need something else.
I've started cycling again since my friend Tom found a very nice bikeway to the sea. I love cycling, so I think I'll replace walking with cycling. This way I'll still have one endurance activity.
As for dancing, I'll replace it either with dancing with a partner (if I manage to find one at last), or with some combat sport. I'm also considering climbing, but I'd need a partner for this one too. Or rugby, if I find a team that accepts women. I think I'll go for some combat sport.
What are your new habits? :-)
